Delete Your Account

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we remove:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Profile information (display name, avatar)
• Practice history, scores, streaks, and XP
• Flashcard progress and saved AI decks
• Subscription status, credits, and paper unlock records tied to your account
• In-app feedback linked to your account

What may be retained

• Anonymized or aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
• Payment and tax records we are legally required to keep (without ongoing account access)
• Short-lived backups that are purged on a rolling schedule

How to delete your account

You can request deletion in either of these ways:

1. Using the form below: we will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days
2. By email: send a message to contact@cadetduo.com from the email address linked to your account

An in-app delete option in Profile is planned for a future app update. Until then, use the form or email above.

Before you go

• Export or screenshot any progress you want to keep. Deletion is permanent.
• Cancel active subscriptions through your payment provider before deleting, if applicable
• Deleting your account does not automatically remove you from the website waitlist. Email contact@cadetduo.com to be removed
